Return policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We can send out a Royal Mail tracing number if required so you can track where your delivery is.

If your delivery by Royal Mail does not arrive, we will post out another item within 3 working days.

Refunds

Due tot the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer a refund on a product if the item ordered has not yet been baked or despatched.

Terms of service

Our delivery partners (Royal Mail) do their best to make all deliveries on the day you request. We recommend adding on extra delivery days for any special occasions, as delivery days can vary for Royal Mail during their busy periods.
